Summer Self Care

Return to Centre: Summer Self care

Saturday June 10th 10:30-12:30   Cost: FREE

Victoria Craniosacral Clinc, Suite B – 1834 Oak Bay Ave

Summer is almost here, even if the weather doesn’t show it. Longer days and warmer nights are supporting all the green and growing things to bloom again.  It’s a time of gathering with friends, and of getting out into the world again.

Now is the perfect time to support our inner selves as we live into the extroversion of the season.

This workshop is taste of some of the energy practices I incorporate into my clinic, and into the ways I support my clients.  My intention for our time together is to provide people with the space, practice, and support to explore the resilience, brilliance, strength, and vitality that exist within each of us.

By honouring and caring for ourselves first, we cultivate a way of being that brings greater joy, acceptance, and happiness to ourselves and to all those around us.

Our time in community together will be relaxing and resourcing.  I’m intentionally keeping this group small, so that we can create a safe sacred space together.

Want to  join us ? We’d love to have you with us.

Want to know more?

This is a great chance to try out biodynamic craniosacral therapy if you’ve never tried it before, but are curious.  You will receive a session led by a qualified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) who is accompanied by a current BCST student.  They will both touch in with you during the session; this offers a powerful therapy session.  During the session, both practitioner and student will stay in verbal contact with you, as well as each other, in order to explore what is happening in your system.

A session lasts approximately one hour which will includes time for pre- and post-assessment with about 30 mins on the table.  A case history is taken during the first consultation and sessions will include a sensitive discussion about what brings you to the clinic.  Your session records will be kept in confidence and no names will be used during class discussions for learning.

Student clinics provide a learning experience for students of Body Intelligence Training which is an international training organization offering a two-year practitioner course in BCST.  (www.bodyintelligence.com)

The course is accredited by the Association of National Health Practitioners of Canada (www.nhpcanada.org). The school of Body Intelligence Training is a member of the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (www.biodynamic-craniosacral.org).

Spring Energy Awareness Workshop

Return to Centre: A Time of Self Care and Energy Awareness

Saturday March 19th 1pm-4pm  $35

Victoria Craniosacral Clinc, Suite B – 1834 Oak Bay Ave

Continuing our connection to the rhythm of the seasons, I am facilitating a short workshop near the Spring Equinox.  If you have joined us for previous workshops, this will build upon our self-explorations.  If you are new to this, then welcome!  No experience necessary.

Spring is almost here, the days are getting longer and the plants and trees around us are waking up and growing once again.  Now is the time for an energetic spring cleaning.

We will gather as community and learn effective grounding tools, explore our connection to Universal Life Force and Divine Love, and experience simple healing energy practices.  I will support you as you clear out what is no longer yours to hold, and as you call in only what is serving your Highest Good.

If you’re ready to make some profound shifts, or simply ready to be more supported in your daily living, then this is for you!  I’m intentionally keeping this group small, so that we can create a safe sacred space together.

Sounds good, right?  Join us and be nourished and reenergized.
